So the trailer for next week's 24 is so damn juicy as it shows, gasp, probably in all likelihood as redux (history repeating itself as farce) for some sort of evil Turkish plot (all my Turk students are polite, and do not whirl) to nuke the Chinese embassy and start WWIII. It's just hard to really believe that the Red Chinese still wear those old-school PLA uniforms even indoors of the embassy. My favorite one-shot comic is still the Punisher THE END, the relevant line from which is: "Ten bad years./Iraq was one thing. North Korea. Even Pakistan. You shout War on Terror at the Chinese and they laugh so hard the world blows up in your face./That's the trouble with a war you never want to end." China's GDP growth is at 9.5% and overheating--what's your excuse, Rob Chin?
