But it gives me a great idea for a project, which is just to have a series of drawings, much like the ones interspersed throughout Course in General Linguistics which are faintly ridiculous for what they are trying to explain: Simplistic Diagrams for Complicated Phenomena, all somehow faintly didactic, in the hyperrationalist mode.... For instance, a pauper, bend over, with the caption "Proletariat" and an assfucking labeled "Capitalist"....
